The Kundalini Surjhee Shabad, composed in honor of Guru Ram Das Ji, is recited 11,000 times at this annual retreat to awaken the flow of kundalini energy and bring deep inner harmony. For this sacred practice, we were invited to handcraft Japa malas that participants could use throughout the retreat—and the response was overwhelming.
