Our journey with ALEMENZ has brought us to many sacred spaces—but few have touched us as deeply as the Kundalini Surjhee Japa Retreat at the peaceful Janda Baik Resort, Malaysia.

We are humbled and delighted to return this year for the 10th Annual Retreat, a powerful gathering centered around the sacred recitation of Kundalini Surjhee—a shabad composed in honor of Guru Ram Das Ji.

🧘♀️ A Sacred Rhythm: 11,000 Repetitions
This Shabad is recited 11,000 times, guiding participants through deep internal cleansing and rejuvenation. It aligns the body’s inner energies and brings clarity, harmony, and peace. To be part of this powerful spiritual experience, even in a small way, is a blessing.

🌿 Our Role: Crafting the Final Japa Mala
Our story with the retreat began in our first year, when we were invited to create the Japa Malas for Anand Retreats. This year marks our third contribution, and once again, we had the honor of crafting the finale mala—a hand-knotted 108-bead mala made with Brown Jasper & Aquamarine, two stones known for grounding, healing, and emotional balance.

Each knot was tied with devotion, every bead a symbol of unity and reflection.
